Business Mortgage Solutions was established in 1986 to help business borrowers acquire or re-finance businesses and commercial property, throughout the UK.

Since this time the agents who specialise in selling business and commercial property have recognised the added value of having a trusted and reliable source of funding for their purchasers and as a result we are the recommended brokers to several of the leading business sales agents.

Following a long association, we were delighted to establish a joint venture with the Licensed property agents Sidney Phillips in 2001, providing funding for their pub and hotel sales through their national office network.

In 2007 a similar joint venture was set up with the Everett Masson & Furby group to provide funding for the diverse range of businesses offered for sale by their 16 Nationwide offices.
